Garden Room Studio is a trading name of Distribution Studio Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What we do

We render three AI design directions into a photo you share, send them to you by email, and offer to introduce you to one vetted UK installer who can deliver the project. Garden Room Studio is the introducer. We are not the installer and we do not deliver the project ourselves.

The renders

The images we send you are AI-generated visualisations. They are directional, not technical drawings. They do not guarantee any particular outcome on site. The first installer survey is what turns a render into a buildable specification.

No fee from you

Uploading a photo and receiving renders is free for homeowners. We do not invoice you for the introduction either. Our installer partners pay us a fee when a project they sourced through us completes. You are never billed by Garden Room Studio.

Your obligations

You agree to give accurate information when you fill in the form, and to upload a photo you own or have permission to share. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe anyone else's rights.

Photos you upload

You keep ownership of any photo you upload. You grant Garden Room Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process the photo so we can produce and deliver the renders, and to share it with one matched installer for the purpose of producing a quote. We will not publish your photo without your explicit consent.

Installers

We vet every installer on our panel before adding them. We check Companies House records, public liability insurance, recent installs, and customer references. We share your enquiry with one installer at a time. If the fit is wrong, tell us and we will re-match you. The contract for the project is between you and the installer, not us.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site working and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uptime or completeness. To the extent permitted by law, Garden Room Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Material changes are flagged on the homepage for thirty days before they take effect.
